Looking for a list of townhouses. Help

I am currently going to school in Brandon and staying with my mom. However, my husband and children are living 3 hours away because we have not been able to find a place to live here. I have put our name in at the Spruce Woods townhouses but am wondering where else would have 3 but preferably 4 bedrooms as we are a family of 5. We have been looking to rent a house but they are just so expensive and are hoping that a townhouse would be a little more affordable.
Can anyone tell me some names of complexes in Brandon?
