My boyfriend and I recently moved out of our place. We gave our 30-day notice, I cleaned rooms out and we had a few things that, by our understanding, the landlord would have out and in storage for us so we can pick it up. Well, we have YET to see where our items are, and how much we owe for the storage fee. The landlord refuses to tell us anything else, and pretty much gives us the "I'm the landlord, I can do whatever I want" deal. Really into our face (He has sent us 2 threatening voicemails , telling how he will ruin us in Brandon) which is why we moved out (also due to mold in the place, which he hadn't checked when we asked him to back in August).  
 
Is this legal? Take our items and refuse to tell us anything? We were told he would put it in storage and we'll pay a fee, but we haven't seen or heard a thing.
