To the person Looking for an apartment...

We just moved out of Brandon to a rural area, were a long time in an apartment.
Unfortunately, a cheap place to live in Brandon, can mean one that's not in good repair-so don't settle for just anything.
Even though the vacancy rate is still low, there are still a few to choose from so try & get a good one before you sign a lease.
There are lists of available rentals through the University & ACC as well as on line.
If you wish to be around younger people, have you considered the University Dorms?
With the exception of 55+ facilities, I think most buildings are a mixture of ages for tenants.
There are usually rules about noise, parties, cleanliness, pets, access, parking, visitors & most management companies or landlords/ladies will check your references & your credit history.
It is a good time to rent though, as the title holders are limited to a smaller rent increase next year-good luck.
