Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for a realtor that is particularly involved in the green acres area? I'm very interested in moving to that area. I've told my current realtor that i am open to look anywhere in the city but am especially interested in the green acres area but for whatever reason this person seems to show me everything but that area. I've been watching on the realtor.ca website but it seems by the time i get a response the house is already sold.

is the first person that comes to mind when you asked that question. He works for Liberty Realty. Very honest and hard working.

At Royal Lepage, no pressure, very knowledgeable, knows the homes in that area, been in the business for years

Honestly Larry Jago was amazing for us. When my wife and I were moving to.Brandon I'd done some browsing on Kijiji a d eBrandon and there were some really cheap houses that seemed great on paper. Admittedly I made a lot of wrong assumptions and was way off base in my expectations.  
 
Larry handled me like a pro. He found really polite but direct ways to help me come to reality without making me feel lie a moron. But at the same time he absolutely humored me and showed me the houses I'd seen online and basically helped me come to reality.  
 
But he also did a fantastic job helping me find a great place that I could afford and will be a great investment home. He really knew his stuff.  
 
I found out a day after we closed that he was also listing 2 houses worth waaaay more (like 3 and 4 times more) than what he'd make on my sale. But I always felt like a priority.  
 
Even better, I had a question about a month ago about some paperwork (note that I bought the house well over a year ago now). So I sent him an email and he called me up right away and was willing to go over all of my documents free of charge with me.  
 
I was very impressed considering the sale was long over. I'd definitely recommend him.

Is exceptional, very real and honest, and for sellers the commission is only 3% compared to 5 or more.

I second this, we left our realtor after almost a few months and called him, it was sold in a couple of weeks

Sold our house recently as well with Dale. Not sure why you would not check out 3%. Why pay more 2% more to get same service.

Both Lois and Ericka do a great job, not only with being professional but giving back to the city also.  
Amazing how some people mention commissions and less money if certain agents are used, believe me I have a service business and price should be the last item on a checklist on your decision on who you use.
