My cat I clean the litter box and as soon as I finish cleaning in she goes she does use the litter box she just does a inspection lol.( she does use the litter box ) she just gives you a look like it will pass .

'em cute little cuddly spoiled brats. Made me giggle.  
Remember when going away for day overnight or wknd and upon return, my kid (cat) would look at me and seem to say, watch me punish you for leaving me alone. He refused to be in the same room, if I went into a room he was in, he ran out so fast. Took him a couple of days to forgive me. Then all back to normal, course till I went away again. Hopefully your post started something new and we hear more funny/cute pet stories. Pet memories.

One of my cats would sit on the dryer and watch me clean out the litter box and throw it out the door. I always felt like he was supervising to make sure I did it right.

All my cats do the same thing. They’ll sit in a half circle around me and just watch as I do each box. Then as I finish it they have to go test it and then just leave
