Anyone else receiving letters from vet informing that they can no longer provide care for your animals?

Curious as what vet gave you that letter ?

What is your vet’s reason for refusing care?

know how they decide which animals cannot receive care.

Five animals and been to multiple vets in town. No letters. Seems as if you’ve been flagged for some reason.

There has to be more to the story.  
 
Have you yourself been flagged for covid and they are refusing service to your pet because of you? Has your pet I self contracted covid and needs to isolate.?  
 
Could you screenshot the letter but block out the top and bottom so we don’t know the vet clinic or your name. But read the bulk of the letter so see what your actual ban is for? This just doesn’t make sense

I have never received a letter from my vet either refusing care for my animals. The best thing you can do is CALL the vet office who sent the letter. They will clear things up for you.

That there must be a bit more to it as well. Are you a regular customer and do your animals receive regular vet checks and annual vaccinations. I haven’t heard of a vet refusing to treat but our vet clinic definitely prioritizes established customers and they prefer to work with us, visit the farm at least once a year to look at our herd and formulate a whole herd health plan.

A person HAS to be a regular customer for their pets to receive care?

Yes I would think you may need to be a regular customer. I know my vet stopped taking new clients for a while as they had so many. In that case if you weren’t a regular customer then you weren’t going to be able to get an appointment. Possibly with Covid if they are too busy then any clients that haven’t been for a while (you mention you haven’t been to one since 2017) then they are trimming back their clientele either assuming you no longer have the pets or have been going elsewhere. My cats see my vet every year for vaccinations and I get flea/tick/worm medication and food from them throughout the year.

Well you are providing very little info and you answer questions vaguely and appear to be easily offended when someone attempts to figure out what the actual issue is. So since you don't want to tell the whole story pick up the phone and ask the vets why they don't want to serve you as a customer and you will then know why.

There is no more story. I have no answers. Sorry I asked.

But as no one else on here has come across this issue then as previously suggested your best course of action is to phone the vet clinics in question to get a definitive answer, or try to form a relationship with a different clinic who can hopefully take care of your animals.  
They likely will though prefer to build a client/animal/vet relationship to ensure that their services better match the needs and care of your animals.

No, you do not have to be a regular customer to receive animal care...at least not at my vet's office. A friend who is a long haul trucker can get his dog in to see the vet. Mind you, my friend cannot go into the building due to his profession and Covid safety. But his dog can receive care.  
 
I am not a regular customer, but any of my animals (3) can easily receive care. I have never had a problem getting them in when they need help.

As suggested, the only way you are going to know the reasoning is to call the vet's office and get clarification.  
You could block off any identifying information on the letter (both yours and the vet's office) and post a picture of the letter on this thread, as has also been suggested.  
Otherwise, since none of us have received similar letters, we really can't venture an accurate guess.
