Border Collie Training

I was wondering if anyone knows if anyone around southwestern manitoba trains Border Collies? My dad is a cattle farmer and has a 1 year old Border Collie that he wants to train to be able to work with the cattle, instead of doing the exact opposite of what Dad wants her to do!
