A liberal Bill proposed by Jon Gerrard is proposing to order Landlords to accept pets in their apartments.
This they believe will relieve the stress on Pounds who are over loaded with stray dogs.
This is just another violation on Landlords rights because there is no wording to protect the property, or repair it after the pets have left the premises.
