Stray dog

Just wondering if anyone is missing a dog. We had a stray wonder up our driveway today, I tried to check to see if it had a collar but the dog wouldn't let me come anywhere near it. It appeared to be a grey/white small dog. Appeared to be possibly a shitzue or some furry dog like that. This dog has been outside for a while as it is covered in mud.
