Black Dog Seen On HWY 1

I recieved a call about a large black dog on the Trans. Canada Highway on top of the hill East of the Grand Valley Road, South of the East bound lane... Did anyone else see this dog... It was seen around 3:30ISH... Or has anyone else seen a big black long haired dog roaming in this area...
