Oki day, I've had cats and kittens before. Several of them. I've never had this issue before, so I was wondering if maybe somebody would be able to give me some advice?  
 
I've got two kittens. Calypso and Duchess. Calypso, right since we got her, was fine. Using the kitty litter, eating and everything. Very playful. Duchess was the same way - except - the kitty litter. She won't use the kitty litter. I did some looking up online about it, how it should be in a quiet spot, and they could be picky and not want to use it because another cat is. I've attempted all of it, but it's like she prefers to pee elsewhere - anywhere but the litter box.  
 
Anybody have any ideas on what might be wrong and why she isn't using the litter box?
