Never been a 'cat' person - always used to dogs, but after rescuing, I have fallen in love with the cat.  
 
She has a fellow canine buddy who she is close to daily, but I swear she has never seen another cat in her life. She goes out, but is tethered with a watchful eye or watched with an eagle eye while loose in the yard.  
 
I feel bad for her as she has no idea.  
 
Tell me.. Does she need socializing or am I wasting my time? She seems happy and content, but I would like to expand her world a little if it's good for her. She is a quiet and submissive one, but curious as she should be.  
 
I just want to do what is good for her, as her world seems so narrow right now, but I refuse to let her go free and won't do it.
