Pet Friendly Apartments

I was just wondering if there are any pet friendly two bedroom apartments in Brandon, roughly $700 a month.
Iv also heard about a bylaw that supposed to be passed that allows people to have pets if they pay an extra damage deposit. Any information is appreciated.
