i live in the south east end of town, near george fitton school. a couple of weeks ago i realized i could hear a dog crying down the street. i knew that my neighbour had pups so i assumed it was related to that, but they are all grown and gone now and i can still hear the crying. it is not just a regular whining, it sounds like a dog that is in pain or hurt.  
 
has anyone else heard this? what would you do if you heard this? i was just out cleaning my car and could hear it crying the entire time. i dont want to poke around in peoples yards, but it sounds pretty close...
