Woman Walking Dog's Down Van Horne Avenue

This is to the woman walking her two dogs down Van Horne Avenue at 9am. I would like to remind you, as a responsible pet owner it is your obligation to scoop the poo!! Leaving the mess you did on the sidewalk is irresponsible, and gives other pet owners a bad name.
