My Cat Needs A Home- Are There Any No Kill Options In Westman?

I'm going to keep the story short and sweet.
We have had our cat since birth. Now he is 2 and a half and he has been a great cat. Nothing has changed in our lives recently, and he is healthy, but he has taken to peeing on things (boots, carpets, boxes, toys). It has now gotten so bad that he has peed in two spots today, and neither is in his litter box.
We had taken him to the vet when this started. He is healthy. We have tried rubbing his nose in it- telling him bad kitty- putting him in the litter box.
Its getting worse, and its come down to he has to go!
We love him, but are at a loss at this point. I don't want to send him some place where odds are he is going to be euthanised.
Are there any no kill options around here for places to surrender your cat?
