Whats the best kind...

I'm looking to get a great pair of clippers. I have two Shih-poos who need clipping regularly. At $90 a pop for the two of them, getting a really good set of clippers would be much cheaper in the long run.
I picked up a pair at Walmart,but cutting with with scissors was making the task faster.
This is the season which causes the most matting,so was hoping to get them in shape for the season.
Anyone have experiance in this area?
