Dog Owners

I was appalled by the actions of another dog owner this past Saturday as I drove north on 13th St. east past the Lorne Ave E townhouses. At the driveway entering 1240 Lorne Ave east, I am not sure what letter was on the building, a lady was watching her dog "crap" on the lawn. To my displeasure, but unfortunately not suprising, the dog finished his/her business and the owner lead him/her away. No clean up, no baggy, no nothing .. just crap!
COME ON FOLKS.. take a bit of pride in our community and clean up after you pets. How would you like it if I took a "dump" on your front step and left it for you to enjoy!
