This is how you get mail and flyers delivered. You cannot claim trespass against anyone that has a reason to go on your property (even if it is to drop off a copy of the watchtower) unless they have broken the law to gain entry e.g. jumped over a fence etc. " |

So let me get this right....? Because my property doesn't have a fence or a sign in the grass out front it is implied that anyone can enter or come into my space? Or my front door isn't locked so it must be ok to enter my home without permission? NOPE. If you don't pay the mortgage or the rent it should be assumed that you stay out unless you have business there. I'm glad the pup didn't bite this lady's, as while it would serve her right, we all know what would be happening now!! Just because something isn't tied down or have a fence around it does not mean it is fair game. Im appalled that people haven't learned that. " |

came up in a discussion about snowmobile's going on land without permission. Some figure no fence or signs, no permission needed.
So in this case, I can go and sit on someone's lawn at their house if they don't have a fence?
