We have 2 indoor cats(wanna be outdoor) who manage to escape 2 to 3 times a week. It would be one thing if they stayed in the yard but they run all around, not for long(hour or so) but they are impossible to catch. Last yr one couldn't get down a big pine tree and bounced down the branches one by one!  
 
Any suggestions? Has anyone ever tried the invisible pet fences?  
 
We do harness and leash them up in the yard over the summer but its too messy out right now.  
 
I heard our neighbor has a cat trap so I worry about this. We do our best to not let them out but with four little ones its hard, those cats wait paitently for the door to open then bolt!  
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
