LOST. 12 Week old Black German Shepherd

He was last seen on the 900 block of 10th Street in Brandon on Monday, April 7th at about 5pm. He was wearing a bright green collar.
He is usually let outside to do his business but left on a leash and has never left the yard without me. Unfortunately one of the kids let him out without leashing him and he got out and has not been seen since. I contacted the City Police about 1/2 hour after we let him out when we noticed him missing but they have not picked him up and it has been 3 days.
