declaw a kitten??

    If you think it's in the best interest for you and your cat go for it! If I ever get another cat I will have them completely declawed, front and back. From what I have been told by friends that are vets the surgery isn't all that bad. It's worse because they have to heal while walking on the surgery sites.

    With the knowledge theybhave now of declawing a cat and how bad it is for them, i dont understand why anyone would do this.

    vet clinic offers only laser surgery and it looks to me it is the better procedure for healing than others and it costs more because it takes more time for the vet.  
    Still I heard no one say once declawed that their cat damaged and suffered for the rest of its life.
