Found beagle. 8th St north

Male beagle with a green colar no tags, no tattoo, no chip. He was around yesterday around 5, and spent the night here. He's extremely well mannered and is kept warm, fed, and playing with the kids lol. We live around Mckenzie seeds plz let me know if he's yours!!!
