To the guy walking his small black chihuahua looking dog with his young child along Richmond ave. this afternoon. I want to comment on how rude it is for you to let your Crap on my lawn. I was painting in the back yard and saw your dog squatting to do his business. I yelled at you to take that with you. You yelled back he didn't poop. Well by the time I was able to check. Sure as crap...Your dog had !!!  
How would people like it if I stopped and took a poop on your lawn?  
Take pride and clean up after your pet. Your sure setting a great example for your young child and our future generation!  
No wonder there is no respect any more !!

I take my dog out several times a day. And I always have a bag with me. I always pick up after her. So needless to say when I come home and the is a huge mess on our front lawn. It really irks me. Have respect people, Pick up after them!!!!

If all the walking trails and neighborhoods were properly "manned", there is in fact a $278.00 fine for NOT picking up your pet's "business"???? I agree completely that everybody should have the frame of mind to keep our neighborhoods clean/presentable for others to enjoy...as opposed to cursing a strip after stepping in a heap of crap that belongs to someone else's dog. Why pretend? Even if I don't have baggies for their business, I make a strong point to walk back and pick it up after the walk is done! I even have people thank me for picking it up. If I walk in the dark with them, I have a flashlight....There are no excuses, just poor examples.
