Hello wondering if maybe someone has a suggestion i have not thought of, my foster cat has been missing for a week and a half. I would like to get the word out to my neighborhood but knocking on everyones door isnt possible because my back is so messed up. I have put some flyers up and had several messages but none were of him. I would like to encourage people to check under their stairs and in sheds just in case he slunk in. But trying to put the posters up where everyone will see them has been quite the challenge. I really have nowhere to start looking because no one has seen him. I should clairify this is right by crocus. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Also contacted BALA through Facebook? And post on ebrandon the area and a picture on this thread. Cats can travel far I hope you find the cat

So have posted all over. But there are people who dont use the internet. I have put up some signs but its hard finding a place to put them that isnt on someones property. Cats usually dont travle too far but im starting to wonder if he has. I have no idea where to even look without sightings. I keep finding other cats who are not lost, and im not sure if that is what is keeping him away.

You could always try asking the vet clinics to post posters and also try calling the pound or other places like that. Cats can actually wander pretty far, you'd be surprised.

What end of town do you live in? And the name of your cat is??

In the south end by crocus. His name is Zz and he most likley will not approach strangers. He os missing a toe on his front right paw and is about 11 or 12 lbs. Walks with a limp. Might give someone the impression he is farel but he will just be very scared.

If you live in a residential neighbourhood, a very public lumber stake in front of your home with a missing photo might inform people that you and the neighbourhood are searching and to come back to this address with a missing cat.  
 
 
Attractive kitty treats set outside and your sweater or hoodie at the place might lure the kitty to return to his/her place of a safe home

Signs by the mailboxes in my neighborhood. Hoping they get seen the most there.  
I also have food outside for him in case he comes back. But have caught several cats but not mine. I wish people wouldnt let their cats roam. There is no such thibg as an indooroutdoor cat. By-law states cats are not supposed to roam.
