Aside from the regular bland store brand dog food need a good old fashioned fresh beef bone for the doggies. These are small dogs and have been buying beef short ribs and soup bones for them. They love both but have them devoured in no time. Any other suggestions?

Are you looking for a raw meaty bone or something like a dried/smoked bone? You'll get different answers. Are you looking for bones for food or bones for recreation?  
 
I buy a lot of our smoked bones/recreation bones from Bulk Barn at the back in the pet sections. The raw bones, however, they will go through faster because the bone is softer and is meant to be eaten as food, not just chewed. I didn't give my guy raw beef very often, but routinely gave him chicken backs, etc which I got from a butcher.

I get my raw beef bones from Tendercuts. There are quite a few in the bag. I bring them home & put them on a cookie sheet & bake them for about an hour at 350 degrees. Let them cool. Put them in Ziploc bags & into the freezer. My little dog just loves them.

Always give your dogs raw bones. Don't cook them and don't buy the roasted one you see everywhere. cooked bones splinter and are dangerous if swallowed by your dog. Raw bones only break in small pieces and go harmlessly through your dog. Tendercuts is a good place to get raw bones. It is where I get bones for my dogs.

At East 40 you can buy a box of bones for about $10. Not sure if pork or beef.
