Hello was wondering if anyone knows how much pet cremation costs? I unfortunatly dont have anywhere to bury her and not a lot of $. Hoping someone knows?

But I believe it's Around $400-$500. I had to get my kitten put down this time last year and that was one of the options they gave me . It was out of my price range so I couldn't go ahead with it.

Peaceful Valley. They are great people. I had both my Malamutes cremated there and they go by weight. Each of my dogs was just over 100 dollars so I am not sure what type of pet you had but I am sure they can help you. And I am so sorry for your loss.

I think it might go by size/weight, not sure. I had my 80 lb dog cremated and it cost $191 with all taxes...the cremation was done by Peaceful Valley Pet Crematorium by Virden, but was through Brandon hills vet clinic. You could give them a call

It depends on if you're ok with mass cremation, or if you want the cremation of just your pet.  
Three years ago I put my 19 year old cat down and wanted just her cremated. I believe the cost was around $160. But don't quote me as my mom graciously offered to pay for it

I believe it goes by weight of the pet. I had my beloved dog cremated in Sept. and it was $175. He weighed from 23 - 44 kg and that was the cost. Peaceful Valley Pet Crematorium was where it was done and my vet looked after the transportation etc.

Sorry about your pet passing away. As some of the others have said-it does go by the weight of the animal. One price range is up to 10pounds then 10 to 25 and so on. I just had an animal done that was 13 pounds and including cremation, urn and taxes was $146. You can take the animal to any vet clinic you want and they work with the crematoriums. Grand valley works with the Virden one, Wheat City works with a crematorium in Winnipeg. Either way you are looking at seven to ten days before you get your beloved pet back.

The quote to do my boy when the time comes is around $65 (he is under 15 lbs - poor old dude cannot weigh five pounds at this point, he is so old and frail!!) , and they sprinkle the ashes at the pet cemetery.  
 
A private cremation with returned ashes was $150 (I think this i:ncluded an urn)

I have decided to go with peaceful valley. And have arranged pickup. It is quite reasonable. Our of my price range but i am determined to make it work. I appreciate everyones kind words very much.

I had my girl cremated in Neepawa and it wasn't a mass cremation.It took a week to get her back and cost $70.
