You need to watch what you read on ebrandon, some people have no clue.
I’m not in real estate, but my family has a leasehold property.
A quick search of leasehold vs freehold will explain the two.
I haven’t seen any leasehold condo listings in Brandon, but I have seen it at some cottage areas.
If buying private, both your bank and your lawyer would very quickly let you know if the property is a leasehold.
