    Going to be a first time landlord in a couple months and just wondering if anyone can recommend a good accountant with experience with bookkeeping for landlords? I have a few questions and want to be prepared before we start renting.

    We have rental properties, too. Cherie’s recommendations have helped us streamline our record keeping and now it’s easier to get everything organized for tax season.

    id be interested in being hired on as your bookkeeper, if you want something cheaper than paying a firm. i could prepare everything to be sent to your accountant once a year instead of monthly. send me a pm.
