IMHO - Sunrise has customer service that is so much better than Westoba. I left Westoba for a lot of reasons and am much happier at Sunrise. I can't speak to the Virden branch as I live in Brandon, but hands down Sunrise is better.

Sunrise doesn't go out of their way to make things difficult. They actually try to help

We as well left WCU. Run away. Every time we asked a question we could only get ten transactions. We had to pay for our cheque’s. Any direct transaction cost money. Dime and nickel you to death. We go to Sunrise on Victoria. Love it no monthly fees. Sorry WCU.

Left them years ago, they had become to much like a bank. Now with Compass an can't believe how much better it is.

with sunrise and I will be leaving there after my current mortgage is up. Fee's for everything nothing but a headache.
