Do you have a life policy

If you have a par policy that has some decent cash value, you van establish a loc against that. Manu bank is the easiest to go through for this, I believe their min loc is 50k. So, you would have some decent cash values on that par policy.

I have a Manulife one account that is secured by the house, mortgage/line of credit. it is 80% of house value and rate is just over prime. not sure what requirements are for this any more, have had since 2004. I am retired now with little income.
