we are moving in Castle Ridge apartments there on the north hill.. I need to start a budget again. I was wondering if anyone could give me any idea on hydro/water costs?

Hydro should be able to call them and ask what the monthly budget rate would be there then add a little just in case. Water I am unsure of. I know family of 3 we are about $30/month. Not living there but water should be close anywhere you are and size of family.

Water is included .... 50-70 bucks for hydro ...give or take your temp preference. . And with underground parking included you won't pay to have vehicle plugged in all winter.

I believe the OP is talking about the new red/beige buildings that are strictly apartments in Castleridge. The original green/yellow ones are condos (that some people rent). The condos have condo fees that include water and a "free" underground parking space. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the apartments have a fee for the underground parking spaces and most likely don't have condo fees..so water may not be included in their rent either.
