Who to do Taxes?

Looking for a new person to do our taxes.We are a little more than a basic return. Used to use a tax program but now with all the medical stuff and such, would rather have an actual person to discuss options with. Not really interested in Liberty or H&R. What do you use?

My husband is a CPA, but we are out of town. He recommends Anderson Strath for people looking for someone in Brandon.

Derick at liberty is more then your general tax preparer and he does our taxes, ours are more then basic too, i have a ton of medical and have been audited with him before, the support and service through the process was great and way better then other guys have given me so even tho you said you didnt want liberty dont let the chain name fool you, Liberty on 10th is worth the recommendation, plus he is reasonable cost wise

Forgot to mention that the last 5 years we used a cpa from Winnipeg. Fell through do to personal reasons, nothing to do with the taxes.

NP, if you do look at his credentials he does have a ton of letters behind his name too, i dont have his card on me anymore but he is defiantly not your general run of the mill tax guy

i'd honestly pay double to have him do my stuff but dont tell him that lol
