For the travel card there is a small fee.
You are best off going with the [i]travel[/i] card and avoid the dangerous trap of having credit card again. You will never go into debt through this sort of card. It trains you to only spend what you have. That is a very good thing.
With a [i]secured[/i] credit credit card, you have the possibility of going into debt again...which I am sure you don't want.
You need to know that there are much better ways to build your credit than to own a credit card. You don't have to have one as some will tell you. Keeping your bills paid on time is a big factor in rebuilding your credit. This is only one example.
