Hi there, just wondering if anyone can give advice about who has comparable mortgage rates for a 5 year fixed closed mortgage rate and also the best 'fine print terms' to not be charged an arm and a leg if you would need re financing in the future, etc. Thanks for any advice!

By far the neat option. A mortgage broker works for you, not the bank. They shop around and find the best rate for you, which is generally below what the banks have. Best thing about Centum is that they don't charge you anything. Nothing. Nada. Zip. You get the best rate,best service, and won't get charged ridiculous rates like the bank. Helen is awesome! Got me a mortgage with a great interest rate. She worked hard for me because I was newly divorced, and a few banks would not approve me. And because I was out of town, it was all done over the phone and email!! Never met her, but really appreciate her for getting me and my children into our own home.
