Anyone used the Presidents Choice financial at the superstore?  
 
They have just about everything from mortgages, line of credits and so on. So basically much the same as the banks have and their rates are very competitive too. I was going to get a mortgage there but it wasn't approved because it was for a mobile otherwise it was a done deal.

For 16 years now. Chequeing account, TFSA, line of credit, credit card. Would have got my mortgage with them too but at the time I got a slightly better rate with ING. I've never paid a baking fee in the time I've been with them and I've always been impressed with their service when I've had to call and speak with someone one-on-one. I'll never go back to a conventional bank.

I have been with them for long, long time, and I love it. We got the margate on our home, and I got mortgage for my rental property. I really did not go to other places for mortgage to see if I get better rate or not, because I was happy with them on other kind of banking. I trusted them that they rate are very comparable or lower than other places, however I suggest you to shop around and compare rates before you sign up for mortgage to get the best. I also have real bank account in case I need to see real people, however, I do most of my banking with PC.
