Your thoughts about a future Jamaican Pavilion

The small and vibrant Jamaican community in Brandon are working on creating a first ever Jamaican Pavilion at the annual Westman Multicultural Festival. We would love for a cultural exchange and sharing of unique Jamaican culture with Canadian Manitoban/Brandon culture. So the Westman Jamaican Community is curious what everyone thinks about that, while we move forward with our plans. Would you go to that pavilion, what would you like to see, experience and hear there?

Would love to attend the more pavilions the better.

Now if they only moved the pavilions to Keystone and even if they charged cover but only had one line up to do and not freeze outside that would be great.

Regardless I'll be coming to the Jamaican pavilion.

We would love to go! I really don't know at this point what to say to have there...except to educate us in a fun and engaging way!

It would be a great idea to have a Jamaican Pavilion. Jerk food and steel drums would be great!

This year I went to 6 of the 9 pavilions and loved them all. I really like Jamaican food so would certainly go. !

Would love some of their dancing (possibly teach a dance) and their music, food, just everything about the culture! Definitely would attend this!!

Go for it but word of advice book the halls now so not in a panic to get it done as many advance book other then that would love to see a Jamaican pavilion

I would love to see a Jamaican pavilion with jerk chicken and Jamaican stout (Dragon), yum!
