We just had a woman, possibly late 50’s is going door to door in the Keystone Centre residential area and business trying to con people to giving her money for an apparent “emergency “ that she needs to get out of town for. She rang our doorbell about 840 pm tonight with this dry s:cript about how she had to get to Edmonton and wondered if we could help her out. Terribly unfortunate for her is that my Husband recognized her as she had also approached him Friday night at Wheat City Bar and Grill with the same story except she needed to get to Winnipeg.

She has struggled with mental health issues and had a court date today if it's who I think she is. I am pretty sure she is harmless. Please don't treat her too harshly. I wish that the police and mental health agencies could help her. She may really be trying to escape Brandon and head to Edmonton. Unfortunately I don't think things will be better for her anywhere she goes.so sad.

Drive them to the bus, and get them a one-way ticket. Make sure they get aboard.

Sun. she was here during The Walking Dead. So just after 8pm in the Green Acrest Area.  
 
She was pleasant enough though. But nobody gets between me and my Walking Dead.

She was working the east end by shoppers last week. Had a very elaborate story about a cheque not coming due to inter provincial legal troubles. Was looking for grocery money.

I was at Georgie's on Friday evening, sitting at the VLT's when someone approached me saying she was waiting on some money and was wondering if I could help her out in the meantime. I told her I had nothing on me and it ended at that.
