Property taxes are in, howd you do?

    We live on the hill and ours went down over $10 a month. Which is nice.

    Ours were down slightly, south central.  
     
    Drew45 if you are not making more than 2% per 6 months you need to look at your investment strategy.  
     
    Tfsa and pretty much any index fund will get you 2% in 6 months. Amazon is going up like crazy. Probably 10% in the last 6 months. There are many other examples.

    If you are worried that construction of a school or a bridge will affect your taxes, don’t. The cost to build those come from provincial sales and income taxes. Once the school is built then your taxes may see a jump, but provincial infrastructure is not funded through property tax.
