There is a need for diapers, formula and cel phone chargers this evening at the Victoria Inn. Also a few kids puzzles, play dough etc would be helpful.  
 
Tomorrow (Sunday) from 1 to 4 pm you can drop off your in season clothing to St Mathews on 13th street.  
 
If you are on Facebook specific families needs will be posted on the Bear Clan page and I will update here.

If you have any bathing suits they would be appreciated. 60 families with kiddies left their homes with just the clothes they had on.

Brandon Bear Clan has a list of what's needed. Please remember to donate clean and clearly labelled items. The volunteers don't need to be overwhelmed with well intentioned junk

I have items to donate, however, I will be out of town tomorrow during the drop off hours. Does anyone know of any alternate places/times to drop off my donation tomorrow?

I was just at St. Mathews where donations are being collected. There is a huge amount of stuff there. If you have time to go by and help sort and organize items I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated.

Both the Victoria Inn and St Mathews were overwhelmed by your clothing donations. Volunteers are still sorting through items and families are truly being blessed.  
 
We have also been collecting personal care items and we will update needs tomorrow.  
 
Thank you to all the businesses who have come and dropped off needed supplies.

Bear Clan has asked for people to hold on further donations until the current ones are sorted and distributed. There has been such a huge amount of support that they are running out of space!

Has anyone heard if they need specialized formula? Such as soy based, milk protein intolerance, thickened...

Thanks so much for asking. Families that need something specific are being looked after quickly by 7th Street Acess. Items collected at the Victoria Inn (except clothing) are available through them both at their office and Victoria Inn. Money given at the Vic has been given to 7th Street Access Benevolent fund to meet the immediate needs of families.
