Murray Chev applies to build new 53,100 sqft dealership

I see on the City website today that Horizon Builders/Murray Chev have a conditional use application that will go to hearing on August 6 to:
"allow for construction of a 4,933.55 m2 (53,100 ft2) vehicle dealership and service facility to replace the existing dealership and service facility in the CAR Commercial Arterial Zone."
It'll be interesting to see the full plans. Here's a PDF from the city site that shows the area:
