It is like the scammers who reply to ads who want to send a handler & pay by PayPal.
Once I said "cash in hand." The other party insisted that PayPal was just like cash (oh boy, that is certainly not what "cash in hand" is), and pressured me by pushing their form of "payment". Using my term was an opening, so they thought, but Paypal is vastly different than appearing in-person and putting down the cash in hand. Paypal is certainly risky and you never see the person.
We now say that we don't have PayPal. That is cut & dry. No opening. That is all that needs to be said. They don't call back.
