Ron, the Assitant Manager at Tim Hortons.  
 
5 years ago, I used to live in Virden. Ron worked at the Virden Tim’s location, since then I’ve seen you at numerous locations in Brandon and have noticed your promotion! I bought a coffee today, and wanted to say, I remember you. For all times Virden Tim’s got it wrong- you always got it right. You were and still are always enjoyable to order from and always have the best service! The customer service industry can be a tough gig, but Sir, you do it well! I just wanted to say- your work and pleasantness has not gone unnoticed- I appreciate the work you do, and your service with a smile! I really hope they treat you well there because from a customers point of view- for the last 6-7 years, you’ve been a wonderful, memorable employee! Thank You Ron!
