Does anyone know of any sewing factories here in Brandon that are hiring,, I am seeking only part time employment, Lots of years experience in this field....

Sewing factories?? Do we have any in Brandon??

There's not "sewing factories" as in garment factories as far as I know, but you could try places like Interior Images or anywhere that does custom drapes etc. They require sewers.  
 
Also, try places like that sewing shop beside Fabricland that takes in sewing.  
 
Otherwise, why not just start a business taking in mending etc? There always seems to be a need for that and you could set your own hours (and work out of your home).

Many people look for someone to sew, hem, repair, etc without costing a fortune just a reasonable price.  
 
Some think sewing isn’t a necessary any more but it is. I myself have my kids grandmothers quilt to repair I don’t have the skill to do it. Real shame as I wanted to pass on to the youngest grand daughter.  
 
Perth’s when it was there did good work for clothes but don’t know really anyone who anywhere else to go now.

There is a place in Minnedosa that makes weighted blankets that was looking for help..

Theradream blankets is hiring. You can find them on Facebook. They’re out of Minnedosa but they may be flexible where you work? Worth asking.
