I have a question that may spark some debate can people who have charged someone with a serious offence whether it be physical or sexual in nature allowed to visit those Offenders in jail. I assume the courts and the correction systems were connected in some way?  
 
I hear of girls going to visit guys in jail after they have put them there how is this possible or is possible ethically I don’t believe this is right but that’s why I am asking for feedback

It depends if the police charge them or if the person presses charges. The police automatically press charges weather they are agreed to or not. If the police press charges they can be gotten around.  
 
As someone who has been in an abusive situation and left I can tell you it''s harder to forget the good times then it is the bad ones. Sometimes you hold onto something even though you know it''s bad for you. Sadly it happens more often then you''d like to think. It was the toughest decision I''ve ever made and staying gone was even harder.

Let’s be clear on one thing, victims don’t put offenders in jail. Offenders put themselves in that situation.

The first thing I'd like to point out is that the "victim" doesn't "press charges"; either attending police lay charges based on their observations at the event or the "victim" can say "I want to make a formal complaint"- then the Crown decides whether or not to proceed with charges.  
As for visiting after sentencing to custody, some couples actually resolve their issues & unless part of sentencing included a No Contact clause, there would be nothing to prevent visitation.
