I'm not sure how product is labeled of if theres a provincial marking on product such as cigarettes indicating which province product came from. Are you allowed to purchase in one province and bring back to another?
Is the 30grams per person a canada wide set rule or Manitoba only? " |

Unfortunately even the Manitoba Government's website doesn't really provide a clear answer to your question.
"Transporting Cannabis.
Cannabis and Travel icon
As per the Highway Traffic Act, cannabis must be stored in the trunk, an exterior compartment on the vehicle or another space in the vehicle designed for the carriage of goods or baggage that is not readily accessible to any person in the vehicle.
It’s illegal to take cannabis across the Canadian border, whether you’re leaving or coming to Canada. This applies to all countries, whether cannabis is legal there or not.
If you use cannabis, purchase and consume it within the province or territory you are in."
