Not quite sure it will help, but I think it's worth trying.  
 
We moved into the house on Mitchell st. this september. The owners moved out to other province, but their daughter stayed in Brandon.  
 
She stopped by in October - her mom forget to take her cheese board and was hoping we could find it. I understood it is important for her, bu we couldn't find it in the first place.  
 
Unfortunately this young woman (her daughter) didn't leave me her phone so I don't know how to find her anymore.  
 
If anybody here knows the family or the girl - could you send a word - we found it and we would be happy to give it back. As an immigrant I had to part with many things I was attached to, so I hope we could fix it and this wonderful woman will get her board this Christmas ))) She can stop by any time or send me PM

Call the Realtor that sold you the home. They would know how to be in touch with the family. Best of luck finding the owner.
