The Manitoba Hydro light display was turned on last night and will be on from 5:00 - 11:00 each night.

Thx for the heads up, Always a great display. FWIW there are signs up today that the skating oval itself is closed. Tentative opening for it is just under 2 weeks away on the 14th:

sad they will still not make it accessible to the disabled and have no plans to and yes i did ask

Wondering why they haven’t made this accessible yet? Last year it was unreal trying to get my daughters wheelchair onto the ice, it would be real easy to make everyone feel i:ncluded....

City sent out a PSA a couple hours ago saying that the skating oval is in good condition and remains open. If you think of it, pls update with what you thought of it if you make it down tonight.

They did say that the opening of the new Jam Pail curling is having to be moved to Monday at 4pm.
