Have anybody else’s lights been flickering over the past couple of days?

I thought I might have just been going crazy, mine do but there seems to be enough of a delay that I sit there staring and nothing happens, then all of a sudden it flickers again lol

And was out of power for 36 hours, so be very thankful for your flickering lights, try heating water to wash your hair on a bar-b-que, making a meal on the same bbq, freezing your butt off in a cold house, having your livestock looking at you wanting water, not available, Gee I wished I lived closer to town.

I was watching for someone to mention about the power outages in the rural area in southern Manitoba, but nothing ever showed up, so for those who missed it, there were major power outages though much of souther Manitoba starting on Saturday. When I once checked the Manitoba hydro outage map there were over 4,000 customers without service, and it seemed that as they got one area back on line another area would loose service.  
Our power went out 6:30 pm Saturday, and came back on 10:30am Sunday.  
Now this might be the part that could offend people, perimeteritis, at times, just isn’t a Winnipeg thing.  
 
Big thanks to all the hydro employees who have been putting in some terribly long days, much appreciated by those of us who lost our power and had it restored in good time, given how the situation caused widespread outages in areas that were hit numerous times.
