As a Vendor I find spring sales to be really slow. If you do organize one do it before Mother’s Day but not too far before.
Also don’t make it a long sale. Start at 10 and end at 3 or 4 at the latest.
Lots of advertising - newspaper, radio, social media, flyers, boulevard posters, banners. Limit the direct selling- sale will attract more if it’s handmade only. Limit vendors- min 2 jewelry, 2 soap etc. Find someone who does baking. Have free coffee/tea/bottled water for your Vendors. Make sure your location has easy parking.
Keep your door fee low/coin donation or free.
